Good brands of eaphones...
Another thread from the Margonite.
I'm on the lookout for good earphones. I had a really nice pair, but they were far too big for me and they broke a couple months ago. For a while, I've been using the earphones that came with my iPod, but... there's a huge problem with that model. After about a month of use, the right side dies. It's not that I treat the earphones poorly, it's happened to all 3 pairs I've gone through... the right side always dies.
I ask the OT&A forum to give me their inputs on what earphones they recommend. I like earphones with very low electrical resistance (means you don't have to crank the volume up in order to hear your music) preferably durable, small and lightweight, and hopefully cheap.

Can get them for less elsewhere but that's the official site... If you like the in-ear stuff they're pretty good, especially for the price.
I have them myself and use them for my iPod and they don't come out with a slight tug to the cord unlike the pair that comes with them (you can hardly move in those, sigh...)

Yeah it must be expensive or not but "you don't have to crank the volume up in order to hear your music".

I imagine Logitech makes good earphones since they make the top mouse+keyboard hardware and other such interface devices.

I have A pair of logictech air phone with integrated mic.
I can definatly say its a good pair, and has been serving me for 2-3years now.
You should look into that brand, I would't be able to give any specifiques recomandation unfortunatly.

Bose headphones are always nice. If you want something with a microphone in it for Vent go with Logitech, they have some good ones that are reasonably priced. But for sound quailty Bose is the best imho.

Creative has some pretty good and also cheap earphones. I am thinking of getting the Razer In-Ear ones though depending on how much cash I have when I finally find them haha. If I don't have enough, Creative for me.

My logitech headset fell apart in a few months FWIW. I generally love logitech mice and keyboards though.

Bose are mostly good, but I'm the cheap guy and always use the ones that come with the Ipods .
